Returns Policy

  • Unused & Unopened Products
    We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must remain in its original packaging and condition.

  • Malfunction or Quality Concern
    If you believe your product is malfunctioning, please email us at info@snip-style.com with a clear description and photo/video proof of the issue. Our team will review each case individually to ensure you’re taken care of.

  • Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is confirmed defective.

  • Refunds & Replacements
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will either:

    • Replace the product at no cost, or

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
      This process typically takes up to 30 days.

1-Year Warranty

Your purchase comes with peace of mind.

All Snip & Style products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. If your product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use within the first year, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers mechanical or electrical defects.
